Access Log Manager
Learn more about the Access Log Manager along with the information that may be within it.
An access log is a comprehensive list of all the files which were accessed by the visitors of a certain website. Every file which was requested for some reason shall be listed, so if you have one page with 3 embedded pictures, one video and one embedded text file, for instance, the access log will contain a total of six entries - one for every of the 6 files that were accessed when the visitor opened the webpage. A log usually shows the file name and path, the date, along with the visitor’s OS, worldwide web browser and IP address. In some cases you can also find the referrer Internet sites that sent the visitors to your Internet site. The data which an access log file provides is in human-readable plain text format. It could be processed by special software on a laptop or computer and used to write reports on the efficiency of a website, besides the web stats your web hosting server may have produced.

Access Log Manager in Hosting
Enabling the generation of access logs shall be extremely easy if you purchase a
hosting from us. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel, which comes with all the accounts, has a section on different logs and this is where you shall find the access logs too. Once you go there, you shall see a list of all the
domain names hosted in the account and the subdomains created for them. Our custom made cloud hosting platform will start creating an access log for each of them as early as you click on the On button, which you will see on the right. If you no longer require logs, disabling the option is just as simple and can be accomplished by clicking on the Off button in the same section. All the logs are downloadable, therefore you can easily save and manage them on your desktop computer or notebook.
